Inbound Sports (“we,” “us”) operates inboundsports.com. Operating entity: Mentom Payments, LLC. This policy describes what we collect on this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you request early access, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, organization name, sport, and role. That’s the only form on the site.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content delivery providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or social media embeds on this site.
Cookies. This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary cookie used to protect the site from automated abuse. That’s it.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your early-access request, to contact you about founding-club onboarding, and to send occasional updates about Inbound Sports. We use server logs to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make the site run, acting on our instructions: hosting (Render), content delivery and security (Cloudflare), email and productivity (Google Workspace), and, once our database is in service, managed database hosting (Neon). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
Early-access submissions are kept while we evaluate and onboard founding clubs, and for as long as you remain interested in hearing from us. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
Your choices and rights
Email us at hello@inboundsports.com to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted, or to opt out of further communication. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used (described above), the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children
This site is intended for club directors, coaches, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us at hello@inboundsports.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle information already submitted will be communicated to the email address you provided.
